Rafael’s Table Cooking Class

My wife and I recently did a cooking class at Rafael’s Table and it was one of our favorite date nights in recent memory!
When you book a class, you can choose between a private class or a group class. I’m sure both are great, but we did a private class and it was so much fun!
Chef Abbe taught us how to make homemade Egg Pasta from scratch. We started by learning how to make our own dough and she gave us tons of tips about working with different ingredients.
While the dough was rising, she let us pick out the kind of sauce we wanted to use and showed us how to improve it by adding our favorite herbs. Then, she showed us how to add some chicken to the sauce.
Now that the dough was ready, we learned how to press it and cut it to make fettuccine noodles. This took a while but it was so much fun!

Then we learned how to cook the pasta and lastly, we sat down together and enjoyed a meal that we made together. If you’re looking for an experience for your Huntsville date night, then there is no better place than Rafael’s Table!
