Cookie Fix and Nothing But Noodles Are Coming to Clift Farms
Clift Farms is continuing to grow, as it has been announced that Cookie Fix and Nothing But Noodles will be coming to the Lakeside Plaza at Clift Farms.
Lakeside Plaza is a 10,000-square-foot space that will overlook one of the lakes at Clift Farms and is being developed by Leeland Ventures.
“When we purchased the land and built the Ardent Preschool at Clift Farm, which opened last year, we knew the nearby lake was the perfect spot for a neighborhood-oriented retail center, much like those we built in Hampton Cove as it was beginning to grow,” said Leeland Ventures founder T.J. Lee to Fox 54.
“Food, medical, personal services, and retail are essential to a flourishing residential neighborhood, and we are continuing that strategy with Lakeside Plaza at Clift Farm.”
This will be the second location in Huntsville for Cookie Fix, which recently opened a store on Pelham Avenue across from Huntsville Hospital.
Meanwhile, this will be the third location in Huntsville for Nothing But Noodles, with the other two stores located on Whitesburg and University Drive.
